Energetic Alignment

In a world as broad and diverse as ours, there are lots of factors at play. Have you ever had a gut reaction to something and been unable to explain it? Sometimes the rational mind can dismiss this as irrational. BUT you know deep inside that you are more than a logical mind who needs to prove things. Consider…

Have you ever thought about someone and next thing they ring you?

Have you ever just met someone and think ‘I feel I can trust that person’.

Have you ever had pain in your body but can’t find a good reason why?

In our rational, cognitive world we ignore these signs or they all get labelled under one heading of intuition or gut feel. However, we have a mind, body and spirit and we need to engage with all three to make real, lasting change in our lives.

So what does all that mean for you?

Well, what if your natural energetic state was peace and bliss?

Where do you think most people vibrate? Not in bliss, that’s for sure. In our fast-paced world with more and more expectations being placed upon us, data overload, targets and objectives our world is becoming more about the task and more anxiety provoking.

What if you could regain and retain your natural state of calm centred well-being?

We have an energetic body, so when you feel tired after leaving a meeting, it could be that the meeting was boring, another possibility is that there was some negativity in the meeting and you come out carrying that energy. We need to clear this, a bit like when we have a shower to clean our physical body, it can be extremely helpful to clean our energetic body.
